We'll try to keep up with the lies, half-truths, deception, misdirection, distraction by "wedge" issues, slander (remember Swift-Boating?), and just plain wrong statements by or on behalf of John McCain, but it won't be easy. In the course of putting the "conservative" agenda in place over the last eight years and demonstrating how bankrupt it is, the Right has become so adept at all these methods to avoid having to answer for their failures that we can expect nothing else. Get used to it — and prepare to point out their mendacity whenever you have the chance.
The Mainstream Media (MSM) love to repeat "McCain the Maverick," failing to notice that "candidate" McCain has flip-flopped on almost every opinion that once got him that reputation!
