Tom Are will present an informative program (including a film) on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. Fireside Café, 260 Foothills Parkway, Marble Hill, GA (Ga. Hwy. 53 & Steve Tate Rd.)

Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 24-26, 2008 - Early voting for the General Election Run-off. (Elections office closed Thanksgiving, Nov. 27, and following day, Nov. 28.) Early voting is at the County Administration Building, 1266 E. Church Street, Jasper.

Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 - Runoff for General Election. Vote at your local precinct polling place.


Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008 - Pickens County Democratic Committee. There will be no regular business meeting this month.
